Our offsites combine structured strategy sessions with restorative time in The Sound Temple. Experienced facilitators guide discussion, test assumptions and keep the group focused on clear outcomes.

WHAT YOUR OFFSITE CAN HOLD

 

  • Clear objectives. We start with what you’d like the time to achieve and shape the program from there.

  • Experienced facilitation. Facilitators who understand pacing, group dynamics and how to hold a room.

  • Space to reflect. Sound baths, bush walks and time outdoors between working sessions.

  • Outcomes you can carry. Priorities aligned, next steps agreed and momentum that continues back at work.

  • Ongoing programs. A leadership program designed with you, delivered across one retreat or a series of visits.

FORMATS

 

Leadership offsites can be built on any of our Corporate Retreat packages: half-day from $5,500 + GST, full-day from $8,000 + GST or overnight from $14,000 + GST, each for up to 15 people. Facilitation, leadership programs and additional facilitators can be added to any format.
