FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do the starting prices cover?
Each starting price covers the full inclusions listed for that package. Your final quote reflects group size, season and any add-ons, and you’ll always see and approve it before anything is confirmed.
Can we stay overnight?
The retreat itself is a purpose-built day venue. For overnight programs, we coordinate stays with four nearby partner properties and manage the arrangement for you. A 20% coordination fee applies.
How do you handle dietary requirements?
Our menus are seasonal and locally sourced, organic where possible, and can include a seasonally inspired touch of native bush tucker. Share your group’s dietary needs when confirming, and we’ll take care of every plate.
How big can our group be?
We host intimate groups through to around 65 guests for a cocktail-style event on the deck. The Sound Temple holds up to 16 guests at a time, so larger groups rotate through the retreat’s spaces, with up to two sound sessions in a half-day retreat or three in a full day.

How do we secure our preferred date?
We’ll send you a personalised proposal outlining all the final aspects of your retreat or event. Once you’re ready to go ahead, a 50% non-refundable deposit can be paid to secure your preferred date. From there, we can begin bringing all the details together, with the remaining balance and booking arrangements clearly outlined in your proposal.
